| Q. Is my Credit Card information secure? |

A. Our web site only captures your name, address, email. When you go to complete your shopping cart by making payment, the processed is moved to either PayPal or Google Check-Out (your choice) which are secure sites.
We never even see your credit card information. It is never even on our computers.

| Q. Will this website allow Credit Card payments without using PayPal or Google Check-Out in the future? |

A. We are hoping to implement a new payment system in time
for the 2009 calendar season. We will also continue to allow payments through
PayPal and Google for customers that choose to do so. |
| Q. Do you sell calendars from previous years? How much do they cost? |
|
A. We do offer calendars for most previous years. Due to the costs of storage and the time it takes to dig out particular ones, we charge the same for old calendars as we do for new ones. The exceptions are for the Pocket Astrologer 1995 and older and Celestial Influences 1989 and older (when they were still black & white illustrations). Those are $1.00 less than current prices. |
| Q. What is Media Mail? |
|
A. Media Mail is the same category that used to be called "Special Standard Mail" and "BookRate" before that. It is a fourth-class mail and can be very slow. First Class Mail or Priority Mail (depends on weight of the package ---- First Class over 13 oz. becomes Priority Mail) is much faster and more dependable than Media Mail.
The difference will be even more noticeable during November, December, and even the first part of January.

| Q. Do you sell wholesale? |
|
A. Yes, we offer wholesale prices on orders for resale. To qualify as a wholesale customer with us you need to send:
* a photocopy of your resale tax number,
* a photocopy of your yellow page listing or other proof that you are buying for resale, and
* a signed affidavit stating that everything you are buying is for resale.
We also require your first order be prepaid. We will supply wholesale pricing information when we receive the qualifying information requested above. |
